KEY REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in Production / Fabricationin a manufacturing environment.
Solid hands-on exposure toheavy fabrication, welding, painting and machine shop processes.
Experience inshop floor production managementand manpower handling.
Exposure tocontract manpower managementand production planning.
Good knowledge ofquality, productivity and safety standards.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in Kaizen and continuous improvement.
Ability to coordinate with Quality, PPC, Maintenance and SCMteams.

Ensureavailability of materialsfor smooth production operations.
Ensurezero repetitive issuesby identifying root causes and implementing necessary countermeasures/rework in coordination with Quality.
Develop and implement Jigs, Fixtures and Poka-Yokefor standardization and faster production.
Driveproductivity, quality and cost improvementon the shop floor.
Monitor daily production targets, manpower utilization and process efficiency.
Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence tosafety, quality and production standards.
