About the Role We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and results-oriented Performance Marketing Consultantto support paid acquisition campaigns for US-based clients across multiple digital advertising platforms.
This is apart-time consulting roleideal for an experienced performance marketer who can independently develop strategies, manage campaigns, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights without requiring full-time involvement.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managinghigh-budget campaigns ($10 K+ monthly ad spend)and a robust understanding of performance marketing beyond simply running ads—including strategy, audience targeting, funnels, creatives, tracking, reporting, and growth experimentation.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Linked In Ads
You Tube Ads
Other paid channels as required
Manage and optimize advertising budgets of$10,000+ per month.
Develop performance marketing strategies focused on US-based audiences and businesses.




Optimize campaigns for:
ROAS
CPL
CAC
Conversion Rate
Lead Quality
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel optimization.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Meta Pixel
Conversion APIs
UTM Tracking
Review campaign performance and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations.
Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, messaging, and funnels.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
Stay updated with advertising platform changes, industry trends, and emerging growth opportunities.
Provide strategic consultation to the internal team and recommend improvements based on campaign performance.
