We are looking for an experienced Global Markets Domain Expertwith strong Calypso and Business Analysisexpertise. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, solid exposure to Capital/Global Markets, and the ability to work across business change and technology projects.
The role will involve requirements gathering and analysis, stakeholder management, project delivery, and Agile/Scrum activities. The candidate should be a self-driven problem solver who can independently manage issues and take ownership of project outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, and project teams.
Provide functional expertise across Calypsoand Global/Capital Markets processes.
Prepare and maintain business/functional documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.




Support project delivery through requirements management, analysis, UAT, and implementation activities.
Participate in and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonieswhere required.
Take on Scrum Master and/or project management responsibilitiesas necessary.
Identify project issues, analyze root causes, and drive them toward resolution with minimal escalation.
Contribute to business change initiatives across multiple projects and teams.
Support project planning, tracking, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
Travel to the US may be required based on project needs. Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst , including strong requirements development experience.
Hands-on experience with Calypsoin a functional/business analysis capacity.
Strong understanding of Global Markets / Capital Markets / Investment Banki
