I'm Prakash Nedungadi. Before founding RedVent Strategy & Design, I spent several decades in marketing and general management at Unilever, Gillette, P&G; and the Aditya Birla Group, including leading Madura Garments as President.
RedVent now helps companies find and unlock recent growth opportunities. We're increasingly building AI into how we do that—both for ourselves and for our clients.
I'm looking for one sharp, curious Marketing MBA/PGDM with an AI/ Engineering background with 0–2 years' experience to work directly with me and my senior colleagues.
What you will primarily do
Support our B2B business development (and that of our clients), using AI to help us research, prepare and work more effectively at scale.
Your immediate challenge will be to build, operate and continuously improve AI agents and automated workflows into solutions for B2B research, marketing and business development.



Then to help pitch it to prospective clients, run pilots for them, and eventually win their business and scale.
You'll test whether AI-generated analysis is actually correct—not merely plausible-sounding. You'll research companies and markets for real pitches and client assignments, help us prepare for business-development conversations and presentations, and increasingly work with client marketing, sales and systems teams to implement what we build, from pilot to full-scale.
Who this is for
I'm not looking for a pure marketer or a pure technologist. I'm looking for someone who enjoys both.
You should understand B2B marketing and have strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
At the same time, you should be very comfortable with LLMs and have already experimented with building AI agents, automated workflows, APIs, CRM systems or tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier—not simply
