We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Co-Founderto join our founding team and help build the next generation of AI-powered HR Technology products. This is a true entrepreneurial prospect for someone who wants to build a global technology company from the ground up.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Saa S product development, cloud architecture, and startup execution. Beyond technical leadership, the CTO will act as a strategic partner to the founders, contribute to fundraising, and help shape the long-term technology and business vision of the company.
This is anequity-based co-founder role. There isno salary at this stage , as the company is in its early growth phase.



The successful candidate should be financially comfortable with an equity-first model and committed to creating long-term value. Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership
Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy.
Build scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade Saa S platforms.
Lead end-to-end product architecture, engineering, deployment, and scaling.
Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, Dev Ops, CI/CD, and security frameworks.
Design systems capable of supporting millions of users globally.
AI & Innovation
Lead development of AI-powered products using:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
AI Agents & Autonomous Agent Frameworks
Machine Learning
Generative AI
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
AI Search
Recommendation Engines
NLP
Speech AI
Intelligent Automation
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into the company's product roadmap.
Build responsible, scalable, and cost-efficient AI infrastructure.
