Go beyond coordination — develop a genuine, working understanding of each project's strategy, design rationale, and technical details, so you can make informed calls, catch issues early, and speak to the "why" behind decisions, not just the "when". Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — managing expectations, timelines, and communication. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects Coordinate with designers, developers, content writers,



and social media teams to ensure smooth execution. Run kickoff calls, status meetings, and reviews with clients and internal teams. Track project scope, manage change requests, and flag risks or delays proactively. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines before client handoff. Manage project documentation, timelines, and reporting using PM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, , Click Up). Facilitate feedback loops between clients and creative/dev teams to keep projects on track. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows.
