Senior Onboarding Associate
Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Senior Onboarding Associate to join our agile team supporting Fortune 500 clients. This role serves as a key point of contact between candidates, client managers, MSPs, and internal teams throughout the onboarding and assignment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who takes ownership, builds strong client relationships, and delivers a high level of customer service in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. This individual must be comfortable managing multiple priorities, navigating multiple technologies, resolving issues, and proactively communicating status, expectations, and next steps.

Key Responsibilities




Client & Customer Service
• Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted partner for candidates, client managers, MSPs, and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding and assignment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain professional, responsive relationships with clients through timely communication, accurate information, and proactive follow-up.
• Communicate onboarding status, outstanding requirements, anticipated start dates, potential delays, and resolution plans to clients and MSPs.
• Manage client expectations by clearly communicating timelines, requirements, dependencies, and next steps.
• Respond promptly and professionally to questions, concerns, and escalations, taking ownership through resolution.
