Role Objective

The Technical Sales Manager will develop and convert business opportunities in the U.S. industrial market.

The person will identify relevant manufacturers, understand their technical or operational requirements, engage decision-makers, coordinate technical discussions, and manage opportunities from prospecting through proposal and commercial closure.

This is a hands-on sales role with clear expectations for qualified meetings, proposals, pilots,



and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify U.S. manufacturers, OEMs, engineering companies, distributors, and industrial service providers.
- Build contact lists of plant managers, operations leaders, engineering heads, procurement leaders, project leaders, and business owners.
- Conduct targeted outreach through LinkedIn, email, telephone, industry associations, and skilled networks.
- Understand customer requirements for industrial products, custom manufacturing, engineering services, consulting, and technology solutions.
- Translate customer problems into clearly defined commercial opportunities.
- Arrange and lead discovery meetings with prospective customers.
- Collect drawings, specifications, operating data, quantities, quality requirements, budgets, and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate technical evaluation, costing, quotation, proposal development, and follow-up.
