Job Description
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) to support the migration of IT asset management processes from SAP to Service Now.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze functional requirements for SAP-to-Service Now ITAM migration. Work as a bridge between SAP, Service Now teams, and business stakeholders. Define data/field mapping, user mapping, catalog migration, and integration requirements. Support migration strategy, including direct or hybrid approaches. Work primarily on Service Now HAM (80%) and SAM (20%). Support functional testing, UAT, and migration validation. Requirements
7+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience. Strong Service Now HAM & SAM expertise. Good SAP and SAP-to-Service Now migration experience. Robust understanding of ITAM processes, data mapping, and integrations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Note: This is a functional BA role, not a Service Now developer role.
