n About the Role:
nKasplo is looking for an Infrastructure & Technical Support Intern to join our Infrastructure and Technical Support team.
nThis is a paid, hands-on 3-month internship designed for a graduate who wants to build practical experience in IT support, system administration, networking, email infrastructure, and technical customer support .
nDuring the internship, you will work closely with the technical team and gain exposure to real-world infrastructure and support environments. High-performing interns may be considered for a full time Infrastructure & Technical Support Engineer opportunity based on their performance, learning, ownership, and overall contribution during the internship.

n What You'll Work On:

n IT & System Administration
n• Assist with setting up and troubleshooting employee laptops, software, and system-related issues.
n• Support office internet,



Wi-Fi, and basic networking requirements.
n• Assist with managing IT assets, software access, and system configurations.
n• Coordinate with internet, hardware, and other IT vendors when required.
n• Maintain IT and infrastructure documentation.
n
n Email Infrastructure & Operations
n• Assist the team in monitoring and supporting Kasplo's email delivery infrastructure.
n• Learn and work with concepts related to SMTP, MTA, DNS, and email delivery systems .
n• Monitor email delivery workflows and identify basic delivery issues.
n• Analyse logs, queues, errors, bounces, and delivery responses with guidance from the technical team.
n• Assist with server and MTA monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
n• Work with email authentication concepts including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC .
n• Support the team in maintaining the reliability and performance of email infrastructure.
