- Manage industrialrelations and maintain harmonious Employee-Union relationships. N
- Handle grievance resolution, negotiations, and disciplinary proceedings. N
- Oversee manpower planning, deployment, and productivity management w.R.T Contract Labour & Permanent Workmen N
- Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, etc. N
- Ensure effective administration of canteen, Guest Houses, PPE, health, Township, Etc. N
- Manage labour law compliance, statutory returns, licenses, and contractor compliance. N
- Handle labour litigation, legal documentation, and coordination with legal authorities. N
- Liaise with government agencies, unions, contractors, and local stakeholders. N
- Organize public relations, welfare schemes, and employee-related events. N
- Lead security, vigilance, fire safety, emergency preparedness, and asset protection across the unit. N
