Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Design Associate who thinks like a PM, speaks up when something doesn't work for the user, and can build a design system from scratch. You've got 4-6 years of design experience in product companies, you're just as comfortable prototyping with AI as sketching on a whiteboard, and you're genuinely curious about new tools - Claude Design, Rive, Spline, whatever dropped last week. If you like solving hard, ambiguous problems and shipping fast, this is your kind of team.
N n What you'll do

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers N
- Illustrate design ideasusing storyboards, process flows and sitemaps N
- Create beautiful, functional UI designs that are easy and enjoyable to use. N
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look N
- Create original graphicdesigns. N
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders N
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, applying strong analytical thinking to diagnose root causes N




- Apply AI-assisted workflows and vibe coding to speed up design-to-build handoff N
- Design and maintain scalable design systems with reusable components, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency across products N
- Promote and educate teams on design guidelines and patterns, helping evolve the existing design system N
- Clearly communicate design ideas and decisions to key stakeholders through documentation, reviews, and presentations N
- Experience designing enterprise software is a plus N
