Responsibilities
- Dial in, grind, and brew specialty coffees using various methods, including traditional South Indian filter sets, espresso machines, French presses, and pour-overs.
- Steam milk to precise temperatures and textures to create classic coffee beverages and latte art.
- Guide customers through blend selections, tasting profiles, grind sizes, and origin stories.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all coffee bars, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Manage stock of roasted beans, ground coffee packets, and bar supplies.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a specialty coffee shop setting.
- Explicit understanding of coffee grind sizes, extraction rates, and roast profiles (Arabica and Robusta).
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to maintain speed and quality during busy rush hours.
- Excellent verbal communication and an enthusiastic, customer-first attitude.

Pay: ₹9,914.57 - ₹15,000.00 per month
