Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Post Production Lead to lead and manage Dentsu AMP’s end-to-end post-production function across Video Editing, Animation & Motion Graphics, and Graphic Design.





The role will be responsible for managing a full-fledged post-production team comprising Editors, Animators/Motion Designers, and Graphic Designers, while ensuring that all creative output meets the highest standards of storytelling, craft, design, and execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who can balance creative excellence with operational efficiency, from understanding a brief and setting the right post-production approach to allocating teams, managing workflows, reviewing work, solving execution challenges, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Post-Production Leadership
Take overall ownership of the post-production function across Edit, Animation/Motion Graphics, and Graphic Design.
Lead the post-production team and establish explicit creative, technical, and delivery standards.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across social media, branded content, digital campaigns, films, and other video-led formats
