Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles across the organization. This full-time, in office role is based in Jamshedpur and involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring decisions,



and supporting onboarding processes. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job descriptions, and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include using multiple recruitment channels, maintaining candidate records, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting HR initiatives such as employer branding and workforce planning.
Qualifications
Strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Experience in stakeholder management, collaborating with hiring managers, and aligning recruitment strategies with business needs.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and online job platforms for efficient recruitment operations.
