Role Description The Senior Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting suitable real estate and mortgage solutions, and guiding customers through the entire transaction lifecycle. The Senior Sales Consultant will conduct property consultations, lead site visits, negotiate terms,



and support closing processes while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining robust relationships with buyers, developers, and financial partners, meeting sales targets, preparing accurate proposals, and using the Square Yards platform and tools to optimize lead management and reporting. The role also involves staying informed about market trends, pricing, and new project launches to provide informed, data-driven advice to clients.
Qualifications
