About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Organic Growth & SEO Partnerships to own and scale our organic growth strategy across SEO, content, link building, digital PR, and strategic partnerships.

The role will focus on improving search visibility across 400+ priority keywords, building a high-quality backlink profile, developing strategic partnerships, and driving organic growth that contributes to trials, demos, qualified leads, and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Organic Growth

* Own and execute the overall organic growth and SEO strategy.
* Lead technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives.
* Develop strategies to improve rankings across 400+ priority keywords.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP analysis.
* Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
* Optimise existing content based on search intent, keyword opportunities, and performance.
* Monitor SEO trends, algorithm updates,



and competitor activity.
* Work with relevant teams to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.

Link Building & Digital PR

* Own the strategy for high-authority backlink acquisition.
* Build and execute scalable link-building and digital PR campaigns.
* Develop relationships with publishers, journalists, bloggers, and relevant industry platforms.
* Identify opportunities for editorial placements, guest contributions, expert commentary, and digital PR.
* Focus on acquiring relevant, authoritative, and high-quality backlinks.
* Track backlink growth, referring domains, link quality, and campaign performance.

Partnerships & Influencer Marketing

* Build and manage relationships with industry influencers, subject-matter experts, publishers, affiliates, and complementary SaaS businesses.
* Identify opportunities for influencer, affiliate, publisher, co-marketing, and content partnerships.
* Develop partners
