About the Role

HS Best Masale is looking for an experienced Manager - Sales Operations & MIS to manage sales reporting, business MIS, sales schemes, data analysis and coordination between the Sales, Marketing and Management teams.

This is primarily a Sales Operations, MIS and Commercial/Marketing coordination role — not a field-sales position.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly Sales MIS
- Track primary and secondary sales, targets and achievements
- Analyse sales performance by state, territory, distributor, product and salesperson
- Prepare management reports, dashboards and actionable sales insights
- Plan, implement and monitor distributor/dealer trade schemes
- Maintain scheme data and analyse scheme effectiveness, sales impact and ROI
- Coordinate with the Sales team for proper scheme communication and execution
- Assist in planning sales promotions, dealer/distributor incentives and market activation activities




- Coordinate with the Marketing team on product promotions, campaigns and market activities
- Track promotional and scheme expenses against business performance
- Identify sales gaps, trends and opportunities and present findings to management
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Accounts teams for accurate data and timely execution
- Develop and improve MIS formats, reporting systems and dashboards
- Support management in sales forecasting and business planning

Must-Have Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales MIS, Commercial Operations or similar roles
- Mandatory experience in FMCG, Food, Spices, Consumer Goods or Distribution
- Experience handling trade schemes, distributor/dealer schemes or sales promotions
- Good understanding of FMCG sales and distribution processes
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS and dashboards
