About the Role

Hindustan Wellness is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and coordinate healthcare projects across Madhya Pradesh. The role involves stakeholder management, operations oversight, team handling, billing coordination, and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, colleges, and government authorities.

Operational Focus: 70% Operations | 30% Administration

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with doctors, hospital authorities, college management, and government stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead and manage field teams responsible for registrations and on-ground activities.
- Resolve daily operational challenges and ensure timely issue resolution.




- Coordinate billing, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Monitor team performance and maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and project reviews.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and project requirements.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Retail Pharmacy, or Hospital Operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and team-handling experience.
- Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with hospitals, healthcare institutions, or government healthcare projects will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
