Job Profile & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills while interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships through proactive communication and strategic account management.
- Understand client business objectives, market challenges, and industry trends through regular research and analysis.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating closely with creative, strategy, planning, digital, and execution teams.
- Possess strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, performance marketing, influencer campaigns, content, and media planning.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services across existing client accounts to drive business growth.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, estimates, and commercials, and secure timely client approvals.
- Map client organizations and key stakeholders to strengthen long-term partnerships and decision-making processes.




- Maintain high attention to detail in communication, documentation, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Present Eggfirst credentials and capabilities effectively to existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure proper documentation of client discussions, approvals, estimates, briefs, and project archives.
- Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution with a solution-oriented approach.
- Lead client servicing teams, mentor team members, and ensure efficient workflow management.
