Position: Business Development Excutive
Experience: 1-3 Years
Location: Nashik

Key Responsibilities
- Develop leads through calls, references, social media, databases, and other sources.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements and investment plans.
- Explain the company's franchise/business model, investment structure, perks, and process to potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential franchise partners.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations, and other required information.
- Negotiate with clients and address their queries regarding the franchise opportunity.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding, and franchise setup after closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions in CRM/MIS.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Presentable and confident while interacting with clients.
- Prior experience in F&B;, franchise sales, real estate, business development, or B2B sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
