Primary Responsibilities - Data Research & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential companies and prospects based on specific target-market criteria.
- Build accurate and targeted B2B lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Seamless.AI, Google, and other research tools.
- Perform data mining, data enrichment, and lead verification to maintain high-quality prospect databases.
- Organize and maintain lead data in Google Sheets, Excel, CRM, or other databases.
- Regularly update and clean existing lead lists to ensure the information remains accurate and relevant.
Secondary Responsibilities - Sales & Outreach
- Support the team with initial prospect communication and follow-ups.
- Over time, depending on performance and interest, take on additional responsibilities related to international business development and sales.
Skills & Requirements
- Solid internet research and data-mining skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify accurate and relevant information.
- Ability to research companies and identify the right decision-makers.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Basic understanding of B2B lead generation is preferred.
- Previous exposure to international sales or lead generation for US, Canada, UK, or EU markets is an advantage.
- Sales experience is not mandatory; training will be provided.
Tools Knowledge
Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

- CRM platforms
Training will be provided for the tools and processes used by the company.
Qualification
- B.Tech, MBA, MCA, or equivalent qualification.

- Walking distance from Electronic City Metro Station
Working Hours
- 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM:
- Flexible schedule
- Monday to Friday:
- Saturday & Sunday — Fixed Off
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
