Beyond Red Ocean Consulting (BROC), a partner of ActionCOACH USA, works with entrepreneurs and business leaders through 1-to-1 Business Coaching, Group Coaching, Consulting and Advisory Services.

BROC also offers business learning products including The Business Framework, a DIY business book for entrepreneurs, and Business Alchemy, a book focused on business growth and entrepreneurial thinking.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who is confident on the phone, enjoys speaking with business owners and can convert both cold and warm leads into sales and qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to relevant databases of entrepreneurs, business owners, founders and decision-makers.
- Introduce and sell BROC's business books - The Business Framework and Business Alchemy.
- Understand prospect requirements, explain relevant BROC offerings and handle basic sales objections.




- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert opportunities into book sales or qualified appointments.
- Identify prospects who may benefit from 1-to-1 Coaching, Group Coaching or Consulting and schedule meetings with Business Coaches/Consultants.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture prospects who are not immediately ready to buy.
- Update lead status, call records and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve defined calling, sales, book-sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Share regular reports on calls, conversations, sales and pipeline movement.
- 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Business Development or Client Acquisition.
- Solid communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability.
