Experience Required:

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions over calls
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive customer experience
- Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards
- Maintain accuracy while handling customer interactions
- Minimum 6 months BPO experience is mandatory
- Good English communication skills
