Job Description - Production Supervisor

Location: Sanwer Road Industrial Area, Indore

Position: Production Supervisor

Experience: 1.5 to 3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Monitor manpower utilization and machine performance.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production.
- Minimize production downtime, wastage, and rework.
- Prepare daily production reports and update management.
- Train and guide operators and shop floor workers.
- B.E. in Mechanical, Production,



or a related engineering discipline.
- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and shop floor management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
