About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain company services and plans to prospective clients in a professional manner.
- Follow up regularly with interested and existing clients.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by management.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper workplace conduct.

Eligibility

For Freshers:




- Freshers will be provided with training related to sales, communication, CRM, and company processes.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, financial services, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle client objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain CRM records and follow-ups.
- Good Hindi communication; basic/positive English communication is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
