Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or paid media.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
- Understanding of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing analytics.:
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Qualified Lead Generation
