Inventory & Accounts Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Accounts Executive who can efficiently manage both inventory operations and basic accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock levels, inward and outward material movement.
- Prepare and maintain purchase and sales entries.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding material receipts and deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation for inventory transactions.
- Identify stock discrepancies and report them to management.

Accounts Management:
- Handle day-to-day basic accounting activities.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Maintain accounts-related documentation and records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.




- Coordinate with vendors/customers regarding payments and outstanding amounts.
- Support the accounts team in routine financial and administrative activities.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Inventory, Accounts, or a similar role.
- Basic practical knowledge of both inventory management and accounting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Experience with accounting/inventory software such as Tally or ERP will be preferred.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day inventory and accounts activities.
