We are looking for a Telecalling Counsellor to connect with prospective customers, explain our courses/services, handle queries, and follow up with leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and communicate with leads.
- Explain courses, workshops, and services.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Handle queries and maintain basic lead records.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication & calling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive convincing and customer-handling skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
