We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our VinFast Service Centre and ensure efficient workshop operations, high-quality EV repairs and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete VinFast workshop operations.
- Achieve service revenue, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead and manage Service Advisors, Technicians and workshop staff.
- Ensure proper diagnosis and repair of EV systems, battery, charging system and electrical components.
- Ensure strict compliance with high-voltage EV safety standards.
- Monitor vehicle repair quality, turnaround time and timely delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and technical escalations.
- Monitor warranty claims, parts availability and technical support cases.




- Ensure technicians follow VinFast technical standards and service procedures.
- Conduct team training and improve workshop productivity.

Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in Automobile After
- Service.
- Experience in EV service and diagnostics preferred.
- Strong knowledge of EV systems, battery and high-voltage safety.
- Excellent leadership, customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience as Service Manager / Workshop Manager will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
