Job Type: Full-Time/on-site Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) The Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, and develop solid client relationships. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, performance tracking, and collaboration with marketing and product teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.Set sales targets for the team and ensure their achievement.Forecast sales trends and provide regular updates to senior management.

Team ManagementRecruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team.Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual KPIs.Motivate team members and foster a high-performance sales culture.

3. Client Relationship ManagementMaintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints professionally.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

4. Business DevelopmentIdentify new market opportunities and client segments.Work with business development teams to generate leads and close deals.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

5. Reporting & AnalyticsTrack sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare detailed reports.Use CRM tools to monitor pipeline activity and manage customer data.Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
