Position Overview

Statcon Powtech Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to support the company's expansion of its dealer and distributor network across India. This is an office-based sales and business development role primarily focused on outbound telecalling, lead generation, dealer acquisition, appointment scheduling, and maintaining relationships with prospective channel partners.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify prospective dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and EPC companies through available databases, online sources, and market research.
- Make outbound calls to prospective channel partners to introduce Statcon's solar products and business opportunities.
- Explain the features,



advantages, and commercial benefits of Statcon's solar inverter portfolio.
- Generate qualified dealer and distributor leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments, online meetings, and follow-up discussions with interested prospects.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective dealers and distributors.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads until closure or successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the Regional Sales Team regarding qualified leads and dealer onboarding.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, product launches, dealer recruitment drives, and marketing initiatives.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor products, pricing, dealer feedback, and regional opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.
