KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate current business through field visits, referrals, networking, and channel partnerships.
- Identify and develop relationships with architects, builders, interior consultants, and prospective homeowners.
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present FDC's interior design solutions.




- Schedule and coordinate showroom visits and design consultations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and sales updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams for seamless customer handover.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
- Two wheelers are a must.
- Language - Hindi, Kannada, English
- 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Experience in interior design, modular furniture, home improvement, construction, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Willingness to travel locally for client
