Hiring: Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Noida Sector 132

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage sales through client acquisition and relationship building.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Stay updated on market trends and project knowledge.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a target-driven approach.
- Graduation/MBA preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
