Roles and Responsibilities:
Targets:
- Monthly financial report submission.
- Financial report analysis by division.
- LE1-LE3 preparation and monitoring.
- Transfer Price (TP) calculation support for HARTING production companies.
- Regular maintenance of all Transfer Prices (TPs).
- Cost control and tax risk management.

Tasks:
A. Daily Finance Activities Monitoring:
- Review costs in SAP in accordance with HARTING Group policies and PRC accounting regulations.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Conduct divisional financial report analysis.

B. LE1-LE3 Information Preparation (P&L; Part):
- Provide YTD cost information by cost center and department.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate LE data.
- Review and compare costs, activities, and key statistical figures.
- Update distribution and assessment cycles.
- Input data into SAP and HARTING Finance systems.

C. Cost Monitoring and Control:




- Review monthly cost category analysis by department and cost center.
- Compare actual costs with LE data for the same period and prior year.
- Analyze activity performance.
- Review actual labor and overhead pricing.

D. Transfer Price (TP) Maintenance:
- Prepare planned prices based on comparison with moving prices.
- Upload planned prices through ZCO_PL_SIM.
- Perform cost price calculations for L0140 & L0180 using YTD information and upload into SAP via KP26 SIM Version.
- Prepare Planned Price 1 based on comparison with moving price and Planned Price 2.
- Upload planned prices through ZCO_PLPRICE and maintain capability pricing.
- Review capability by cost center and revise L0180, uploading through KP26 Version "CAP" for IE current TP calculations.
