Customer Relationship Manager

Location: WD Complex, Court Rd, Krishna Nagar, Hoshiarpur, Punjab 146001

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to manage client interactions, drive retention, and support our immigration consultancy services. This role focuses on building trust with clients handling visas, documentation, and consultations while optimizing CRM tools for team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, resolving complaints promptly and ensuring high satisfaction in immigration processes.
- Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) for data accuracy, campaign execution, and reporting on client engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, HR, and IT teams to upsell services, track client journeys, and comply with data privacy regulations.
- Conduct client reviews, gather feedback via surveys, and strategize to expand our customer base through targeted follow-ups.

Minimum Eligibility
- Strong & Sharp Communication Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Marketing, or related field; CRM certifications a plus.
