*Job Summary*

*Key Responsibilities*
- Procure raw materials as per production requirements.
- Manage stock inventory and ensure optimum inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Prepare and monitor dispatch plans to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor performance.
- Prepare purchase reports, inventory reports, and MIS using Advanced Excel.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with vendors to avoid supply delays.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.

*Requirements*
- *Experience: Minimum *3 years* in a Purchase Executive role within the *Manufacturing Industry*.
- Strong knowledge of raw material purchasing,



inventory management, and vendor development.
- Proficiency in *Advanced Microsoft Excel* (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reports, Data Analysis).
- Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

*Salary*

*₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month*
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial product companies.
