Job Description - Production Support Engineer (Guiding Care)

Project:CareSource - Production Support

Location:Hybrid (Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot APIs, middleware, and SQL issues; perform root cause analysis.
- Implement minor fixes/patches using C#/.NET.
- Monitor integrations, optimize performance, and maintain knowledge base.
- Support automation for validation/testing and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
- Communicate effectively during major incidents with stakeholders.

Required Skills:
- Guiding Care (mandatory) and US Healthcare domain experience.
- .NET (C#, ASP.NET), SQL Server, Production Support.
- Strong SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services.
- Claims, perks, and provider management knowledge.
- Java exposure for backend tasks; reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; AI usage in Application Support.

Pay: Up to ₹2,800,000.00 per year
