Key Responsibilities

Enter daily sales, purchase, and inventory data into the restaurant software.

Create and update menu items, pricing, and promotional offers.

Record vendor invoices and purchase entries accurately.

Maintain stock and inventory records in the system.

Verify data for accuracy and correct any discrepancies.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Coordinate with the kitchen, store, and accounts teams to ensure correct data entry.

Maintain digital records and ensure data confidentiality.

Assist with software-related administrative tasks and troubleshooting basic data issues.

Required Skills:
Basic computer proficiency.

Experience using restaurant POS or ERP software is preferred.

Good typing speed and attention to detail.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.





Ability to work accurately under deadlines.

Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

1-2 years of data entry or restaurant software experience preferred.

Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.

Working Hours

As per restaurant operational requirements.

Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
