About the Role

Tooth Club is looking for an ambitious, target-driven Patient Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound enquiries into booked consultations
- Follow up warm leads to maximise conversion rates
- Handle enquiries from Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, WhatsApp, website forms and telephone
- Build rapport with prospective patients and confidently discuss treatment options, finance and the patient journey
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales and booking targets
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM and booking systems
- Work closely with marketing and practice teams to maximise lead conversion
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to booking

Essential Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English




- Previous experience in sales, telesales, lead conversion or customer service
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working UK hours on a rotating shift pattern
- Experience handling enquiries through Meta (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp and other digital channels
- Target-driven with a passion for results
- Good IT skills and experience using CRM or booking systems
- Self-motivated, organised, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
