Mangala Infin Limited is a Jaipur-headquartered NBFC (founded in 1996) with 15 branches across Rajasthan, focused on _Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, and Personal Loans._ We believe trust is built through transparent processes, disciplined operations, and customer-centric service.

We’re looking for an HR Manager (3+ years) from NBFC/BFSI who can own HR end-to-end and partner closely with leadership and branch teams.

What you’ll own (end-to-end HR):
- Talent Acquisition (Sales/Collections/Credit/Ops/Corporate) + joining closures
- HR Operations (attendance/leave, documentation, letters, HRMS, exits/F&F; coordination)
- Statutory compliance coordination (PF/ESIC,



HR records, process hygiene)
- Employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling across branches
- Performance/appraisal cycle support + policy/SOP implementation
- HR MIS: headcount, hiring pipeline, attrition, branch-wise manpower planning

Must-have: 3+ years HR experience in NBFC/BFSI, robust execution + stakeholder management, comfort working with a multi-branch setup.
