Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls and chats.
- Follow up with customers and resolve queries.
- Maintain call records, customer details, and daily reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
