Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
- Conduct soft skills training programs for employees, students, or professionals.
- Deliver workshops on communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, customer service, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions.

Training Design & Development
- Develop training materials, presentations, handouts, and assessments.
- Customize training content based on organizational requirements.
- Create engaging activities, role plays, case studies, and group discussions.

Assessment & Evaluation
- Assess participants' learning needs and skill gaps.
- Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.

Coaching & Mentoring
- Provide one-on-one coaching to improve individual performance.
- Guide participants in developing skilled behavior and workplace etiquette.




- Support employees in enhancing confidence, presentation, and communication skills.

Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain training records and attendance reports.
- Prepare training effectiveness reports and recommendations.
- Track key learning outcomes and improvement areas.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
