Position: Business Development Officer (Marketing Executive)

About the Role

Bansal Classes is looking for a highly enthusiastic, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Associate (Marketing Executive) who is passionate about education and capable of contributing to the institute’s growth through admissions, marketing, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality admissions by promoting Bansal Classes’ academic programs.
- Build and maintain the premium brand image of Bansal Classes in the region.
- Develop strong relationships with schools, principals, teachers, coaching partners, and educational influencers.
- Create and maintain a network of students, parents, and community members to generate future admission opportunities.
- Plan and execute school outreach programs, seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
- Organize and conduct Scholarship Examinations in schools and other identified locations.
- Visit schools regularly to establish long-term institutional partnerships.




- Conduct home visits to prospective students and parents for counselling, admission guidance, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with the counselling and academic teams to ensure smooth admission conversion.
- Participate in educational fairs, exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to management.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve monthly and annual admission targets.

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid relationship-building and networking abilities.
