Key Responsibilities:
Project Understanding & Functional Testing
- Analyze user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation to identify test scenarios.
- Perform comprehensive Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
- Ensure complete test coverage before every sprint and production release.

Test Planning & Documentation
- Create detailed and reusable Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Data.
- Review business requirements and identify missing or ambiguous scenarios.
- Maintain QA documentation and ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Continuously improve testing standards and documentation quality.

AI-Driven Testing
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to:
- Generate comprehensive test cases.
- Create edge case scenarios.
- Improve test documentation.
- Assist in writing automation scripts.
- Perform impact analysis for change requests.




- Validate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and business relevance.

Test Automation
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts.
- Reuse and improve existing automation frameworks and test suites.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Analyze automation coverage and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Execute automated regression suites before releases and report results.

Quality Ownership
- Take end-to-end ownership of the quality of assigned modules and releases.
- Review testing performed by peer QA engineers and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure defects are properly documented, prioritized, and tracked through closure.
- Perform root cause analysis for escaped defects and recommend preventive measures.
- Verify fixes and ensure no regression is introduced.

Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor junior QA engineers and guide them on
