Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries.
- Provide product/service information and assist customers with their concerns.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Marketing & Sales
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments or demos when required.
- Promote company products and services while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain and update lead status in CRM or internal systems.

Digital Marketing
- Manage Meta Business Manager, including Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Create, monitor, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
- Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries on social media.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.




- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or digital marketing.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with Meta Business Manager and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and digital marketing concepts.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound customer support.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
