Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided leads.
- Introduce and explain life and health insurance products in a clear and qualified manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments or connect interested customers with insurance advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to address queries and encourage policy purchases.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Stay updated on company products, insurance regulations, and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0.6-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or insurance sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work with CRM software and maintain accurate records.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve performance targets.
