About Us

Debock Organic Farms is a growing FMCG brand specializing in premium spices, pure desi ghee, and edible oils. We are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality products to households across India. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Representatives to help expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets to generate sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the dispatch team.
- Promote new product launches and ongoing promotional schemes.





Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
- Valid driving license and own two-wheeler preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
