and integrations across regions.Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced IT Business Architect to lead the design, optimization, and governance of Quote to Cash technology solutions with a robust focus on Quote to cash flow including Sales Quoting, Billing, Sales commissions, and AI-driven user experiences including Journeys and Agentic AI capabilities.The Business Architect will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise grade solutions primarily in Order processing -quote to cash, commissions process flow. This role acts as a key IT resource to partner with Business, IT teams to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and optimization of Quote to cash systems to support organizational goals.This role will act as a strategic bridge between IT and Senior business stakeholders, delivering scalable, standardized, and compliant Quote to cash solutions to support BMC’s global digital transformation agenda.Key Respons
