Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
- Contribute to the technical strategy and execution for modular, event-driven, and scalable microservices supporting enterprise workflows
- Design and implement reusable frameworks and self-service modules for service onboarding, configuration, and lifecycle management
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate software design, testing, and operations - e.g., AI-assisted code reviews, test generation,



and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with senior architects and cross-functional teams on architecture decisions
- Promote design practices that improve maintainability, observability, and operational excellence

Engineering Excellence
- Lead by example—building secure, reliable, and observable systems that meet performance and scalability goals
- Implement and advocate best practices for API-first development, CI/CD automation, and DevSecOps
- Partner with product managers and peers to translate business intent into scalable technical solutions
- Contribute to automation and AI-driven monitoring that improves reliability and accelerates problem resolution

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent
- Experience coordinating cross cutting initiatives in a product organization and engaging with cross-functional Product Management and Engineering teams
